We normaly send over a home impression kit to take impints of your teeth. We then create mould which are used to craft the retainers from. However if you have a set of moulds that were given to you by your dentist/orthodontist or previously having made your retainers, you can send these over and we will use them to craft the retainers. No need to take imprints again. We will return your moulds safely back to you along side the Retainers.
