We normaly send over a home impression kit to take impints of your teeth. We then create mould which are used to craft the retainers from. However if you have a set of moulds that were given to you by your dentist/orthodontist or previously having made your retainers, you can send these over and we will use them to craft the retainers. No need to take imprints again.
