FAQs

How long does the process take?

We aim to have your Retainers, Night Guards or Whitening Trays delivered to you one week after your impressions are recived at the lab.

Can we make new Retainers using your old set?

Unfortuantley we wont be able to produce accurate enough retainers using your old set and you may experaince problems with their fit.

not to worry. you have three options to get accurate well fitting Retainers made.

1. We can send you an Easy to use home impression kit to take fresh moulds of your teeth and send this over to us

2. If you have stone/Plastic models of your teeth, you can send these over instead of taking fresh impressions

3. If you have ever had your teeth scanned at the dentisit, they store a digital impression of your teeth which you can request and send over to us to use to make you the new set of retainers / night guards / whitening trays

Can we make you new Retainers, Night Guards or Whitening Trays using your pre-existing stone/plastic models (moulds) of your teeth?

Yes! granted these are not damaged and you've not had any dental treatment since they were made

Will I get my stone/plastic models back after sending them in?

Yes. Unless you have subscribed to recieve Retainer / Night Guards at 6 monthly or yearly intervals. we will ship your models(moulds) back to you along with your fresh set of Retainers / Night Guards.

Please note that if you are sending in stone models there is a risk that they may break during the manufaturing process

Can we make you new Retainers, Night Guards or Whitening Trays using 3D Digital scan of your teeth?

Yes! if you've been to the dentist and have had your teeth scanned, they hold a digital impression of your teeth and you can request the file and send over to us. we can use this digital impression of your teeth to create you custom Retainers, Night Guard or Whitening Trays.

Can we provide retainers to move your teeth back to their originals stright position if they have shifted?

Unfortunately we are unable to provide any retainers that can move your teeth. please seek Advice from your dentist/orthodontist as this falls wihtin their scope.
