Home Impression Kit: We’ll send everything you need to take your impressions at home.
Existing Moulds or 3D Scan: We’ll email and text you instructions explaining how to send your existing dental models or digital scan to us.
Step 2: Take your impressions
Using our Home Impression Kit? Follow the included instructions to take accurate impressions of your teeth.
Already have stone/plastic dental models or a 3D Scan? You don’t need to take new impressions, simply follow the instructions we send you and continue to Step 3.
Step 3: Check & Send
Home impressions: Send us clear photographs so we can check they are accurate and usable. Once approved, return them to our lab using the instructions provided.
Existing stone/plastic dental models: Send them directly to our lab using the delivery instructions provided.
3D digital scans: Send the scan file electronically using the instructions provided.
Step 4: Custom Manufacturing
Once we have received and approved your home impressions, existing dental models or 3D scan, our skilled team will create your custom-fit Retainers, Night Guard, Whitening Trays or Sports Guard.
Step 5: Delivered to Your Door
Your finished custom-made product will be carefully quality-checked, securely packaged and delivered directly to your doorstep. Ready for you to use.
